Delivery times will vary, but the following table provides an estimate of delivery times throughout Australia from time of dispatch:

Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Darwin	4-6 working days
Regional areas of all states	6-10 working days

• Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you as early as possible following your order. All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

• Shipping is free for orders above $99 to most locations within Australia. For orders below $99, a flat rate of $19.95 applies.

Remote areas:

• If you are in a remote area, we may not be able to cover the cost of shipping your order, and additional shipping charges may apply to your order. We will contact you to advise if there are additional shipping charges that need to be paid before your order is dispatched. At this point you may proceed to pay the extra shipping charges or opt to receive a full refund for your order instead.

• Some remote areas are also excluded from our delivery service. If we are not be able to ship to the delivery address you have provided, we will contact you to advise that we are not able to ship to your delivery address. You may provide us with an alternative delivery address that we can ship to or opt to receive a full refund for your order.

• We ship to most locations within Australia. At this stage we do not ship outside of Australia.

• As couriers are used to dispatch our rugs, we are unable to send orders to P.O.Boxes. We can send our rugs to street addresses only (houses, units, townhouses, villas, company buildings etc).

• If you are unable to attend when your rug is delivered, please let us know if you would like the courier to leave your rug in a safe location at your property when you place your order (leave a note on the cart page where instructed). Please note doing this is at the customer's risk and Rugs Of Beauty will not be held responsible for the loss of any items that are delivered in the customer's absence.

• We are continuing to manage the impact of the COVID-19 Coronavirus on our lives by offering contact free delivery as much as possible.

This rug is exactly as pictured and described online. It flattened out within hours and the corners have stayed flat. I highly recommend!

Well packaged and soft underfoot

It’s a really nice rug. I probably should have got one that’s a bit warmer tone to suit my place. Anyway it feels lovely underfoot and the pattern is pretty.

Just perfect

Perfect size for my 180cm x 100 cm table and room space. Great quality rug. A little darker than expected which I was happier with as will not show dirty marks. Very plush and well worth the money.
